Commission rates vary by product category, ranging from 2% to 15% of the sale value. You can see the exact commission for each product on its product page. Electronics typically earn 5–8%, fashion 8–12%, and beauty products up to 15%.

Go to your Dashboard → Wallet → Withdraw. Enter the amount, select UPI or bank transfer, and confirm. Funds are credited within minutes for UPI and 1–2 business days for bank transfers. There is no minimum withdrawal amount.

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) at 1% is applicable under Section 194-O of the Income Tax Act if your annual earnings exceed ₹50,000. If you submit your PAN, TDS is deducted and reflected in your Form 26AS. You can claim it when filing your ITR.

Commissions are credited to your Jums Wallet within 24–48 hours of a confirmed sale. They first appear as "Pending" and move to "Confirmed" once the order's return window closes (typically 7–10 days). You can withdraw confirmed earnings anytime.

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Any pending balance will be paid out to your registered bank/UPI before deletion. Account data is retained for 2 years as required for financial records (see our Privacy Policy). To request immediate deletion, email privacy@jumsworld.com.

KYC is mandatory under Indian financial regulations for processing payouts. You need: (1) PAN Card — for TDS compliance, (2) Aadhaar — for identity verification (only masked version stored), (3) Bank account or UPI ID — for transfers. KYC takes under 5 minutes and is a one-time process.

First, check your bank/UPI app — transactions sometimes take up to 2 hours during bank maintenance windows. If the amount hasn't arrived within 24 hours: (1) check your Wallet → Transaction History for status, (2) if it shows "Failed", the amount will auto-refund to your wallet within 4 hours, (3) if still unresolved, contact support with your Transaction ID.

Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products (electronics: 2 days). Log into your account, go to My Orders → Return/Replace, select the reason, and a pickup will be arranged. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the item being received by the seller.

Go to My Orders and click the order to see real-time tracking. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. If the estimated date has passed, use the "Raise Delivery Issue" button on the order page. Our logistics team will contact the courier within 24 hours.
